4.7 aroi.restaurant and ComAdvisor Thailand do not offer any guarantee, of any kind, in case of cancellation, for any reason whatsoever, of one of the parties, namely the restaurant professional or the customer.
5. RIGHTS OF THE AFFECTED PERSON

6.1 The Data Controllers will retain the personal data of its Users for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes pursued (see point 4).
6.2 The Data Controllers may also continue to hold personal data relating to the unsubscribed User, including any correspondence or requests for assistance addressed to the Data Controllers, in order to be able to respond to any questions or complaints addressed to it subsequent to the use of the Service, and in order to comply with all applicable laws, including tax laws.
