The food are decent but just live up to a top Italian restaurant standard and justify the price tag. The seabream cappaccio wad the best dish i had, refreshing and opened up my appetite with hint of acidity. However, the rest were a bit disappointed, especially duck ragout pasta, the taste is just way too heavy while the inner of the pasta doesn't absorb the taste (the pasta are well cooked in al dante), thats a bit of waste. I also ordered the grill squid, again the taste of the gravy was too rich and covered the original taste of the squid. In general, i believe the use of sauce and seasoning has room for improvement.
had a wonderful time at the restaurant. food was amazing, atmosphere and vibe were very nice and made my partner and i very comfortable. would definitely come back to explore more of the food.
The flavors of the dishes were well-suited to my palate. Some menu items were entirely new to me, offering a valuable opportunity to explore unfamiliar ingredients and learn about culinary techniques from the reign of King Rama V.
